Ayub Ghauri has spent half of his life abroad for education and business as well. Ayub got his formal education from California in MIS (Management Information System). After that he moved to London for business along with this he had experience with media and fashion industry as well mainly in retail and wholesale.
IT business came in very later in their life as Mr. Salim Ghauri came to Pakistan and founded NetSol Technologies. Ayub Ghauri says that he is fortunate enough to be part of this success story and they are thankful that they have been the reason for so many jobs created in Pakistan.
Views About Skill Education
The root cause behind Pakistan’s economic condition is population explosion as every year more and more people came into this world but government still has limited resources. Ayub Ghauri strongly believes that 4 year degree program can be refined as in England the degree program is of 3 years and here we can work on it.
Skill education is much important as by this we can find out the inclination of a student in his early life and then that student can do a short course on that skill of about six months and can even be placed on a job. Google and Microsoft are even offering these short courses after which students can even get hired in Google and Microsoft.
HospitALL
Ayub Ghauri’s new venture is HospitALL which is digitizing healthcare in Pakistan. It connects doctors and health care seekers (Patients) through a smartphone. Along with this hospitals and laboratories are also present in the application. Ayub Ghauri says that it is a hybrid application that means it is not just health care services on your phone but you can also book an appointment and visit your doctor.
HospitALL will be a hub where vendors and clients/users will interact and make it an online community of all healthcare and wellbeing related practices. It will revolutionize the healthcare sector and will make right use of digitization to make others’ lives easier.
