Dr. Sajjad Hussain Baloch is the Director General of the most dynamic global architecture of Pakistan i.e. Gwadar. Dr. Sajjad is the man behind bringing foreign investments to the Gwadar project, for instance, a team of investors from Saudia showed a keen interest in setting up an oil refinery and investment in different projects in Gwadar.
