Red pepper (crushed) half a teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste a teaspoon

نمک حسب ذائقہ

Salt to taste

لیموں کا رس ایک کھانے کا چمچ

A tablespoon of lemon juice

زردے کا رنگ ایک چٹکی

A tinge of yellow

مسٹرڈ پیسٹ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

Mustard paste half a teaspoon

زیرہ(بھنا اور پسا ہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچ

Cumin (roasted and crushed) a teaspoon

تیل تلنے کے لیے

To fry oil

مایونیز ایک کھانے کا چمچ

A tablespoon of mayonnaise

چلی گارلک سوس دو کھانے کے چمچ

Two tablespoons of chili garlic sauce

سلاد کے پتے حسب ضرورت

Salad leaves as needed

کھیرا حسب ضرورت

Cucumber as required

ٹماٹر حسب ضرورت

Tomatoes as needed

تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

Preparation recipe

چکن پر چاٹ مصالحہ،پسی لال مرچ،ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ،نمک،لیموں کا رس، زردے کا رنگ،مسٹرڈ پیسٹ اور زیرہ لگاکر رکھ دیں

Add spices, crushed red chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, yolks, mustard paste and cumin to the chicken.

اب تیل گرم کرکے چکن فرائی کرلیں

Now heat oil and fry the chicken

برگر درمیان سے کاٹ کر ہلکا سا سینک لیں

Cut the burger in half and bake lightly

اس پر مایونیز اور چلی گارلک سوس لگا کر چکن پیس رکھیں

Top with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce and place the chicken pieces

پھر اس پر سلاد پتہ کھیرا اور ٹماٹر کاٹ کر رکھ دیں

Then put chopped cucumber and tomato on it
